Origin Story

Built in a working chandlery
Ship's Desk started on the quayside, not in a software office. We built it to run A2Z Ship Stores — our own chandlery across India, the UAE and Sri Lanka — because spreadsheets, WhatsApp threads and manual reconciliation were costing us deals.

By the time the RFQ lands, you have lost
A request for quote is the end of a decision, not the start of one. The vessel picked its port days ago and the buyer already has a shortlist — you are pricing against people who were told sooner.

The ship announces itself long before it asks
Position, ETA, class, flag, last supply port — the signal is public and it arrives days early. Ship's Desk reads it continuously and tells you which vessels are worth preparing for before the first email is written.

We don't demo it. We depend on it.
Every RFQ we receive, every quotation we send, every invoice we chase runs through this exact platform — across three countries and multiple entities. The numbers on this page are ours. Now it can do the same for you.
